With that foundation, we equip our clients to get a better, broader, and more comprehensive understanding of their insurance needs and options. Without proper understanding of the nuances of coverage options or the complexities of a family's unique exposures, High Net Worth families may be unaware of the robust products about which they should inquire, and may be putting themselves and their estates at risk.

Unbiased and comprehensive Insurance policy review

This review is based on the High Net Worth family's goals, and at a minimum includes: 

  • Policy language review and analysis
  • Coverage analysis, based on individual risk assessment  
  • Named insured, limit, and deductible review
  • Competitor analysis
  • Post renewal policy review to confirm desired changes were properly incorporated

On-site risk assessment

The assessment includes an on-site review of the High Net Worth family’s main property. On-site assessments for additional properties can be added, at the family's request. At a minimum, the risk assessment includes:

  • Property documentation (photos and video, as necessary)
  • Risk Transfer review
  • Hold Harmless and Limited Liability form review
  • Insurance requirements review for labor and/or trades

Resources

Each client receives a formal binder with his/her family's individual analysis, competitor analysis, and recommendations.

Outside of the formal binder, clients receive quarterly newsletters with relevant market information, as well as access to our in-house resource guide.
